Dear Stu:

What an evening! What a presentation! Your presentation last night was probably one of the best presentations I have ever attended. It was just marvelous. Everyone had a wonderful time. I have never seen the members of the medical staff laugh that loudly and in unison as I saw last night. You really are the healer of the healers. You made that evening a magnificent one.

On behalf of all the members of the medical staff, I would like to thank you for the wonderful presentation. We definitely need more of you, too, and if there is any way we can clone you and have one here in Effingham full time, then I would go for that.

I would certainly recommend any medical society or medical staff to ask you to address their meetings because they will be opened to a new world full of fun, humor and happiness. No one needs to inject humor in their lives more than physicians.

Thank you again, Stu, for a wonderful job. I am very delighted to have the opportunity to meet you and 1 believe that this will be the beginning of a long friendship. Keep up the good work and God bless you.

Sincerely,

Nash H. Naam, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dear Dr. Silverstein,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for making the journey to Torrington, Connecticut and the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital for a wonderful evening of comedy and entertainment. We had a turn out well beyond our expectations and I know that everybody that evening had a marvelous time. I am still getting comments from physicians, nurses and other hospital staff about the amount of fun that they had that evening, and your performance got "rave" reviews from every single person who I came in contact with. We are hoping to make this an annual "rite of spring" and in that regard, we will look forward to seeing you again next year.

Should the opportunity arise, I will be happy to pass your name along to any and all colleagues looking for an entertaining speaker, and I am confident you will make as hilarious an impression on them as you did on us on the night of May 2nd.

Best regards,

Howard M. Lifland, MD

Dear Dr. Silverstein,

On behalf of the Board of the New England Osteopathic Association, thank you for your side-splitting and inspirational talk and entertainment at our 27th Annual Convention in North Conway, N.H.  We would happily recommend you for a CME presentation on using humor in medical practice, or as entertainment for medical groups.  Your wisdom and delivery made both of your presentations fun and informative.  We also appreciated your generosity in continuing to regale the Board members and guests in the VIP room later that evening.  That was certainly above and beyond, and I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

As you know, the NEOA doeas a 4-day conference annually, rotating among all the New England states.  You can be sure that we'll be interested in bringing you back for future conferences.

Sincerely,

Chester Suske, D.O.
Secretary-Treasurer & Entertainment Chairman
